Make sure there are no extra spaces in the student number field.
Type your surname as it appears on your myWUA Account or
If you changed your surname, use your previous surname

How Do I Send Files?

Reduce the spread of viruses on campus and protect your devices & files.

Click Choose Files/Browse
Highlight/Select your documents to be printed.
Click Send Files button.
Documents sent or rejected will be shown once sending is complete.

How Do I Collect My Files?

Visit the library with your Student Identity Card.
Claim document by stating your document name.
Make payment and collect your document.

NB: You can choose to delete or keep files for future use.

About

This application was designed, developed and deployed by Mr. Ronald T. Mutematsaka in 2017 for Women's University in Africa.

The sole purpose of this application was aimed at improving the efficiency of some of the university's manual processes that were proving to be a challenge in terms of time and cost to both the students and staff members at the institution.

Students are now able to apply and replace their student ID cards, send documents for printing at the university library as well as search and download past examination papers from the university in the comfort of their homes.
